Shabbat Honoring Israel and Celebrating Lauren Davis
Friday, May 17: 6:00 Family Shabbat service, 7:00 Intergenerational Israeli Dinner, 8:00 Shabbat service
May 17 is going to be a big night! Both services will celebrate Lauren Davis, our Spanjer/Bricks Youth Engagement Coordinator, who will depart TKE at the school year's end. We will also honor Yom HaAtzma'ut, Israeli Independence Day, with special songs and blessings. Everyone is invited to join us for an Israeli-themed dinner (chicken, falafel, pita, salads and dips) at 7:00 p.m. Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, May 14 for dinner.

Support Family Promise Week, May 12 - 19
Training session Sunday, May 5, 2:00 p.m., for first-time volunteers
TKE is looking forward to hosting three families through the Family Promise program from Sunday, May 12, through Sunday, May 19. We can’t do it without YOUR help to make their week cheerful! Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, cooking meals, and staying overnight (training required to interact with the families). Make this week more meaningful for our guests and for yourself and join us for this important volunteer opportunity!
