We are located in the beautiful ocean side city of Rancho Palos Verdes, California and we are the center of Jewish life in the South Bay for many.  At Congregation Ner Tamid, we share in each other's joys and comfort one another in our sorrows. Our doors are open wide to all who wish to participate in our services and programming and we embrace all who seek to join with us. Our celebration of Jewish life includes the broadest range of quality programs and compelling experiences for people of all ages.

    Fitness: Get Fit with Josie
    Monday, May 6th 10:30a to 11:30a
    Mondays & Thursdays from 10:30am - 11:30am - Stay fit and active from your own home with fitness instructor Josie Sterling. A 30 min movement class for all ages. No equipment necessary. Just a chair for those that need, an exercise mat for those that have one. This class is offered in-person and via Zoom (unless otherwise noted).

    Yoga Class
    Monday, May 6th 5:00p to 6:00p
    Join CNT for a monthly yoga class to relax and reset. This class will be taught by Jennifer Allen, who has been teaching yoga in Los Angeles for nearly 20 years, working with a wide range of practitioners from grade school children to competitive elite athletes. All Levels Welcome. Please bring a mat and a towel and wear comfortable clothing. The fee is $10 per class or $70 for the year.

    Fitness: Move and Groove with Josie! A Total Workout for Everyone!
    Tuesday, May 7th 10:30a to 11:30a
    Tuesdays & Fridays at 10:30am in the Levine Center and via Zoom (Unless otherwise noted)  This workout is for Everyone! All ages welcome! Cardio and strength training to your favorite tunes. A chair can be used.

    Fitness: STEP IT UP! via Zoom only
    Wednesday, May 8th 10:30a to 11:30a
    Wednesday mornings from 10:30am - 11:30am via Zoom only. The 60 minute class taught by Josie Sterling will have 15minutes of dance aerobics, 15 minutes of step and the last 30 minutes of strength and stretch. A step is not needed for the class.
