Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture |
The Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture, the only international body dedicated solely to advancing Jewish cultural activities, was established by Dr. Nahum Goldmann in 1965 with reparation funds from the Government of West Germany. Through its various programs, the Foundation has played a central role in the dynamic recovery and growth of the Jewish people in the post-World War II period, fostering remarkable cultural creativity and assuring the continuity of Jewish civilization. |

Minyan Ichud Olam |
Ichud Olam was established to provide a welcoming atmosphere for young foreign immigrants and native Israelis alike; an opportunity to be a part of a religious community. The past few months have seen tremendous growth in the minyan, both in number and activity. Through the efforts of the members of the community and through the help of Ichud Shivat Zion, we have grown into a warm (actually very hot until we got the air conditioners installed) and friendly community, both on Shabbat and during the week at our shiurim and other activities. |

Neturei Karta |
Neturei Karta is the Aramaic term for "Guardians of the City. The name was given to a group of Orthodox Jews in Jerusalem who refused (and still refuse) to recognize the existence or authority of the so-called "State of Israel" and made (and still make) a point of publicly demonstrating their position, the position of the Torah and authentic unadulterated Judaism. |
